Rock in nature

The interest in hiking started from a deep attraction to the freedom and simplicity that nature inspires. Over time, and after walking thousands of kilometers of trails, a deeper awareness has developed regarding the value and necessity of preserving the richness of the natural environment and the connections between humanity and nature itself. From this awareness, the ROCK IN NATURE project was born, with the goal of narrating, step by step, the stories of the land and the people who inhabit and explore it.

For Riccardo Nifosì, becoming an Environmental Hiking Guide was the natural evolution of a path that began out of passion. Currently, he operates on various levels, including environmental education, the production of informative and promotional content, as well as leading trips and activities that unite nature and culture.

A phrase he often repeats is: “Get to know nature to learn how to defend it.” The goal is to lead people along a path where they can name things, allowing them to fall in love with what they see and experience, thus promoting awareness and protection of the natural environment.
