Stride Power elastic bands are perfect for those who want to strengthen their body during Nordic walking activities.
In fact, they allow you to attach the poles to shoes and hand straps, creating greater resistance during walking. The tension of the elastics can vary depending on the color, allowing you to increase or decrease the load as needed.

These elastics have a buttonhole on one side (for the feet) and on the other a buttonhole for attaching to the hand strap.
To perform the activity better, we recommend using e-poles hand straps, as they are equipped with a double ring for attaching the elastic.

The Red color has a medium load of 15 lbs.
